What is your return/refund policy?

Eyelashes are still considered cosmetic products, so we cannot take back used eyelashes due to hygienic reasons. However if you received your package damaged or the incorrect product was provided, please send us a photo via email to myxybeauty@gmail.com and we will issue you a refund within 2-5 business days. 

What if I received my packaging or eyelashes damaged?

If your packaging or eyelashes are damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of it and send it to myxybeauty@gmail.com and we can send you another pair for free!

How long does it take to ship?

U.S. domestic shipping will take 3-5 business days. International shipping will vary on location. ***Please see our COVID-19 Statement as shipping times may vary due to the delays with mail carrier services. 

Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?

Customers cannot cancel their order once the order is made, however we can issue a refund if the order has not been fulfilled.

What is the criteria to become a Myxy Affiliate?

The only criteria you need is your full name, address, Instagram handle, and email.

How do I get on the Myxy PR list?

If you are a content creator or makeup artist and would like to be put on our PR list, please email myxybeauty@gmail.com. We highly recommend you send a media kit attached to your email. We will review your platforms and respond to your inquiry as soon as we can!
